Our standard production time is 3 business days. However, if you need a faster production time, you’re able to specify it during the order process. Please note that production times shorter than the standard 4 – 6 day timeframe have a rush fee attached.
Important: Production times begin AFTER your artwork has been approved.
*When uploading an artwork file or designing online, our prepress team will review your file and send you a proof for approval. The review process can take up to 2 business hours. Approve your artwork by visiting the link in the email or by visiting My Account > Orders > Your Order #. Once your artwork is approved, your order will be sent to production.
Specifying Your Production Time
You can see what production options are available during checkout and payment. To see what production time options you have available:
- Click the “Estimate Delivery” button on the product page. This will open a menu that allows you to input your ZIP code and select different production and shipping options.
We offer four different production options:
- Standard Production (Special 3 Day Rush): Our standard production time – the item will produced within three business days of the date of order. Artwork for standard production must be submitted and approved no later than 3 PM ET on the day the item was ordered.
- Same-Day Production: The item will be produced the same day it is ordered. Artwork for same-day production orders must be submitted and approved no later than 10 AM ET on the day the item was ordered.
- Next Business Day: The item will be produced the next business day after it is ordered. Artwork for next business day production orders must be submitted and approved no later than 10 AM ET on the day the item was ordered.
- Second Business Day: Items will be produced on the second business day after the day the item was ordered. Artwork or graphics for second business day production must be submitted and approved no later than 3 PM ET on the day the item was ordered.
