Prints or hardware that are custom-made to a customer's specifications cannot be returned. 

Stock Prints & Hardware Items Return Policy

These items are ready to be shipped. Items that are ready to be shipped have already been printed and finished, and can be picked by our shipping team for immediate fulfillment. Since they are ready to ship, we accept returns for these items.

Vispronet does not grant returns for products prior to a full inspection of the product in question. Items must be new/unused and in re-sellable condition in order to be refunded. Customers must reach out within thirty (30) days of receipt of the products in order to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the products back to be returned. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to products that are returned undamaged and unused.
