If you are wondering what our artwork requirements are or are having trouble with the settings of your software, we have several documents to help you.
On every product page, if you go down to where we have the product information, you will see a “Downloads” tab. On that tab there’s an “Artwork Specifications” heading with three documents.
Each one of these sheets will provide you with vital designing information.
The “Artwork Requirements” document includes detailed information about what is required for your artwork. This includes the accepted file types we take, how to use our templates, what specifications the software should be set to, and printing terminology explained. This in-depth PDF will answer any questions you have regarding how you should send your artwork.
The second “Job Options Information” document shows you how to create a “Print Ready” PDF using Adobe® Illustrator®, Adobe® InDesign®, and Adobe® Acrobat® Distiller®. This PDF includes step-by-step screen shots to show you where exactly to go in the settings.
Finally, “Job Options” is a downloadable file that will set the PDF preset settings for you in Adobe. “Description” box at the top includes more information about what these settings are for.
If you have any more questions about these documents, you can contact our customer service department for further assistance.
