There are three ways to upload your completed artwork template for an online order:
- Upload from the custom product page.
- Upload from your cart before checkout.
- Upload from your account after checking out.
1. Upload Artwork Template From the Custom Product Page
To upload your artwork template from a custom product page, click on the orange “Proceed to Artwork” button. Next, click “Upload Template”. (See Image Below)
Here you will provide a name and description for your artwork. All uploads require a description. Please be as descriptive as possible about what is on the design so it can be easily identified. The description will help us refer to designs during the production process. Please do not enter just the name of your file or the product, but detail what is on the image.
Click on the folder icon to choose your artwork. When you’re satisfied with the artwork you’ve chosen, click the “Upload Template” button. This will upload your artwork to our server so that you can use it with all of your projects.
2. Upload Artwork Template From Your Cart
To upload artwork from your cart, click the cart button located at the top right corner of the page. Next, click on the “Upload Template” button located under the item that you want to upload artwork to. A modal will pop up that allows you to upload your files. (See image below)
Here you will provide a name and description for your artwork. All uploads require a description. Please be as descriptive as possible about what is on the design so it can be easily identified. 3. Upload Artwork Template After Checking Out
If you placed your order without uploading your artwork template, you must upload your artwork template from within your account. You will receive an order confirmation via email that will include a reminder to upload your artwork template. First, navigate to Vispronet.com. Second, select “My Account”, which is located in the upper right hand corner of the page. Next, select your order under “Order Number”. Lastly, select the “Upload Template” button. (See image below)
